Get Up To Mt. Baker Weekdays
The Washington wonder slope is sporting some good coverage and with the few inches of fresh they received on the weekend (09/12/07) those riders that get time off during the week would be well advised to take advantage.
"Sick day!" says one Washington snowboarder who doesn't want his name printed. "With the terrain they've got open and the great weather we've had, my boss is definitely getting the call this week."
The mountain is advising visitors that they've got good coverage on the main runs, but only experts should be riding Chair 6 because of patchy spots.
Bakers' current base is 35 inches at Heather Meadows and 55 inches at Pan Dome.
