5th Annual Snowbird Oktoberfest
This is your chance to head to the mountains before the snow flies for real. Oktoberfest features performances by live bands each day, including The Bavarians and Salzburger Echo, in the Snowbird Event Center tent. Catch the Alp Horns on Hidden Peak. A Tram pass is $18/day or $12 for a single ride with discounts for children and seniors. The Peruvian Express Chairlift and Tunnel are also open for scenic rides as well as the ZipRider, alpine slide, Bungy tramp, mechanical bull and the Cliff's climbing wall. Admission to Oktoberfest is free from noon to 6 p.m. The two-month celebration of fall and beer runs through Oct. 7.
