Girls Rule in Kirkwood
Kirkwood, which declared last season The Year of the Woman, is continuing that philosophy into this winter by offering a series of one-day women-only – and women-specific - ski and snowboard clinics. The ski clinics, which are geared to strong intermediate to expert skiers, will be held on Dec. 29, Jan. 27, Feb. 17 and April 7 at a cost of $155 ($125 for season-pass holders). The snowboard clinics, which is open to most all riders, will be held on Dec. 29 and Jan. 27 and will cost the same as the skiers' clinics.
