Food Drive Planned At Bachelor
Mt. Bachelor collected more than 24,000 pounds of food for the poor and needy in Central Oregon with its annual Neighbor Impact day last winter. The resort would like to surpass that amount this year. Skiers, boarders, and other winter sport enthusiasts are encouraged to drop off three cans of non-perishable food at the resort or at the Bend Park and Ride Friday, Feb. 1. In exchange Mt. Bachelor will give you an all-day ticket good for Alpine riding or Nordic skiing that day.
