Great skiing for me
Terrible fitting experience took my daughter out of commission.

Full review

This is specifically about the ski school. We had a very bad experience January 14th; my daughter enrolled in the full day of ski school. She was fitted by a young woman who did not measure her foot but estimated her size much too small. She forced my daughter's foot into the boot and wrenched her ankle to try to make it fit. She finally relented and it took her THREE tries to get the size right. The next day, my daughter was screaming when I tried to put her boot on due to the bruising in her ankle when fitted incorrectly. We had planned to ski together the next day and she had an extra day rental and lift ticket; she could not use either and we never got to experience skiing together. By contrast, the adults were fitted very professionally in the general ski rental area with foot measuring scales. It is so unfortunate that they treat the kids so much differently without regard for their safety. To add insult to injury, I reached out that weekend wanting to speak with someone about it; a case number was generated but no one ever replied to my email, just to talk about it. I was so disappointed that they would blow me off that way.
