Best mountain in New England!!
Terrible service, mean employees and please build a lodge to match the elegance of the mountain!

Full review

This is my favorite mountain, hands down. But the service here is aweful! We are treated so rudely by staff every time we come. The lodge is fit for a tiny, insignificant ski mtn. Love the spa! But even that could be improved. We pay thousands of dollars too ski here, please have your staff at least treat us human. Thanks!

Sugarloaf has all the things I love about skiing. Staying at the Sugarloaf Inn is he best! Lift right out the door...

Lots of soft snow and some bumps not much ice but there were a couple trails to stay away from, definitely better...
