Eider Montmartre Jacket review. OnTheSnow reviewed this insulated jacket as part of its 2016/2017 Jacket Buyers' Guide.

Favorite Features: A standout floral style in this new take on camo, we love the Montmartre’s lux resort skiing sensibility, soft collar to dedicated pockets and faux fur hood.

Room for Improvement: Seriously cozy hybrid insulation doesn’t come without a cost on the weight spectrum, however, true to its description, the jacket isn’t bulky.

Fit: Runs a touch short but is otherwise true to size as the described “regular” fit. No agro Euro cuts here.

On-Snow Performance: Comfort was not sacrificed for style on this jacket! The pattern and neutral color gives skiers options in pairing with almost any solid-colored pant, which is a big plus for someone who loves to mix and match. Our tester also appreciated the ability to remove the hood and faux fur lining around it depending on the forecast/her mood. Eider's insulation and cut kept our tester warm without bulk while allowing for the flexibility to move with ease. Bottom line, it's a favorite after one day on the mountain and will make its way out onto many more.
