Scott Rogue Vertic 2L Insulated Pant review. OnTheSnow reviewed this pant as part of its men's 2015/2016 Pants Buyers' Guide.

Favorite Features: The Vertic 2L Insulated Pant integrated well with the matching jacket, utilizing three hefty snaps along the beltline. The removable suspenders, velcro waistband and adjustable gaiters allowed for some much appreciated customization. Most impressive, however, was the minimalist insulation found only around the gluteus maximus and knees—a weight reducing feature that provided plenty of warmth where it counts.

Room for Improvement: The interior leg venting is a smart concept, but a few extra inches wouldn’t hurt when it’s time to dump heat.

Fit: The large tested (U.S. L) fit true to size, with plenty of coverage at the bottom cuff. The fit throughout the waist and thighs felt a bit snug, hindering upward knee motion.

Manufacturer Description: The SCOTT Vertic 2L Insulated Pant is a freeride pant that keeps skiers warm in the areas that count and looking good at the same time. Enjoy all the integrated features needed for a big powder day and match it up with the Vertic 2L Insulated Jacket.
