Eider Aoraki Pant 2.0 W review. OnTheSnow reviewed these ski pants as part of its women’s 2015/2016 Ski Pants Buyers' Guide.

Favorite Features: Paired with the Jager Jacket, these pants make up 50 percent of one fine kit. Once again, Eider gets kudos on perfecting the length of these pants, and we also appreciate the mesh-backed vents and storage options styled two ways.

Room for Improvement: The mixed snap and hook fastener can be cumbersome for quick, powder day bathroom breaks, and we wish waist adjust were integrated better.

Fit: Perfectly relaxed and exactly how you’d want them to fit.

On-Snow Performance: Two thumbs up in both the warmth and comfort departments. Our tester, a snowboarder, was only left wanting for a slightly wider or flared pant leg due to a struggle pulling the pants over her snowboard boots. The upside? A more sleek design.

Manufacturer Description: The Aoraki Pants were engineered for women who rip all season long, thanks to our DEFENDER membrane and the impressive list of technical features. Lightly insulated, the Aoraki’s will keep you warm even on frigid days, while the vents with mesh lining allow for airflow during times of exertion. Pre-formed knees and a moderately relaxed cut give the option to comfortably layer, and the raised back with soft, light fleece lining provides extra coverage to keep the snow out.
