2015/2016 Dynastar Cham W 2.0 107 ski review. OnTheSnow tested this ski as part of its women’s Powder Category.

The widest of the freeride Cham women’s series, the W 2.0 107 has been redesigned for 2015/16, and according to Muecke, “it’s more versatile than last year’s model.” For the 2.0, Dynastar adds more tip and tail rocker and refines the ski’s shape and core profile. The ski still has a progressive five-point sidecut, where the widest part of the ski is the forebody, with a gradual tapering down to a narrow pintail. Other details include full-length vertical sidewalls, a lightweight paulownia wood core and camber underfoot. Testers gave the 107-mm-waisted ski highest marks for float, lower for carving. “What it lacks in carving ability, it makes up for in how easily it floats and schmears,” says Abbe.
