FIRST IMPRESSIONS: At the lower end of the company’s helmet line, our Raider helmet came in a striking lime green that is more yellow than green, though not offensive in any way. You won’t get much in the way of padding or insulation with this stripped down helmet that provides only the basics. Our test helmet didn’t come with any method to open or close the vents on the fly, though you could remove the helmet and adjust the padding as an alternative.

FAVORITE FEATURES: The padding around the ears is comfortable, though not adjustable unless you remove it altogether. There’s also a convenient (albeit expected) strap on the back of the helmet to hold goggles securely in place. anon.’s Strap Stash feature simply allows a small amount of space for those who want to wear their goggles under their helmet.
