Swany Blackhawk Gloves review. OnTheSnow reviewed these gloves as part of its 2016/2017 Gloves/Mittens Buyers' Guide.

Favorite Features: The Blackhawk Gloves feel as smooth and supple as they look. The PrimaLoft insulation and “DryFinger Reflection Waterproof Breathable Insert” are a dynamic duo, working in conjunction to keep your hands dry and warm.

Room for Improvement: The black colorway is seal sleek, but we’d like to see some pops of color in the stitching for added aesthetic value.

Fit: Thanks to the pre-curved box finger construction, these gloves fit like a second skin.

On-Snow Performance: The soft, supple leather gives these Swany gloves a good broken-in feel upon first use, and we were also impressed with their warmth and ample dexterity. One aspect we're still dialing in is whether to wear them over or under a jacket sleeve, which has so far proven to be slightly small or a touch bulky, respectively, given the dual wrist adjusts. The Swany Leash is on the longer side, but easy to remove.

Manufacturer Description: New to our line this year, Swany Black adds the comfort with technology. Aerodyne Construction enhances your grip with less stress points for improved comfort and durability.
