Full review

I've been going to Bear Mountain for the past 25 years and honestly everyone has been great and service with a smile. However last Wednesday on January 4, 2017 on chair 6 we encountered an employeewho was very rude to everyone including us. She kept yelling "andale" and "vamonos"as if we were animals. That's not the way you treat paying customers. I'm not trying to get her fired but she should be talked to regarding her rude behavior towards everyone. I know she is a middle aged women and perhaps this job is too much for her but either she changes her attitude towards customers or Bear Mountain lose business. We left the lift early just to avoid her nasty attitude.

Bear Mountain - The snow Saturday morning was definitely at a foot or above at the upper to mid elevations. Coming down the top of Geronimo and into Deer Canyon was amazing. Was lucky enough to get out early and get 5 or 6 fresh runs through the canyon be - © Justin M
