Firsthand Reports

QM

Report for Sunday, Feb 12; intermediate rider. The best days to go were Friday and Saturday for the powder. By the time Sunday rolled around,  there was no new snow. It was not busy at all, you practically had the whole run to yourself and short lineups for the lifts (no more than 5 min). The runs were groomed with a considerable amount of random bumps here and there. I didn't hit any icy patches on the backside. There was some powder in the treelines of the backside, but most of the  runs were tracked out. Overall, the conditions were decent considering there was no new snow.

Saturday Feb 10 was the busiest most crowded and longest Grizzly line ever seen. Seems the recent meter of fresh attracted every skier in Calgary. Also very reckless on Slope behavior

Tons of powder, very soft all over. Not super busy today, but the runs off the summit were all tracked out by noon.
