All though I live less than 5 miles from wilmot and used to ski their several times a week I have decided to take my skiing dollars elsewhere after several bad experiences their this past season. The majority of their employees/ management come off as rude or disintrested. When my wife phoned the ski school to inquire about a private lesson for my daughter she was told to "make it fast" with any questions she had because they were really busy. Twice this season just after I had loaded on the chair lift it was shut off causing the chair to violently swing backwards causing the tails of my skis to dig into the snow. When I pointed out the danger of this they acted like i had done something wrong. Do yourself a favor drive an extra 25 min to alpine valley. I skiied their 7 days this past February and the diffrence was night and day.
