Best terrain in the area, very high potential
Entire resort is in a state of dis-repair and things are falling apart.
We spent the New Years holiday 2009 at Whitecap. The hill was in extreamly icy conditions due to the fact that the hill managment has abandonded snow making all together. Several of the signature runs were closed and most of the ones that were open were rittled with bare spots.
The "new high speed quad," is still not operational for the second winter in a row, which means the hill is short one lift from 3 winters ago.
Everything at the hill is falling apart and it appears to me that ownership has no intention of fixing or upgrading anything.
This hill was really something in the 80's and 90's but has gone downhill (pun intended,) over the past sevearl years.
