Up north for business but managed to work in some night skiing. Very fun spring snow and still a good bit of it. This is a super fun little mountain and thanks to them I got one more day in, since all my local hills in WV are closed for season. Still good snow left in Wausau

Made first tracks this morning but quickly turned to slush on all runs. With the forecast this week it is probably the last day of the season. See you next year..

Had the family all snowboarding there yesterday. Some patches of ice on the blacks, but overall fairly consistently decent snow quality. Rail competition with music and outdoor BBQ and merchants made for a fun energy during the day. Only complaint is that they close the Cindy pop side of the hill at 4.30 pm. It's the most fun part of the mountain in our families opinion! Come on Cascade, get lights out there already!! Hope to come back once more before season close.

On the Snow shows six total snow-falls this year for GP--absolutely anemic. Yet, the hill is in great shape--plenty of snow everywhere and mostly good snow, other than somewhat thin covering in the woods. So, great snow creation and management here. And a great job of setting up all the terrain parks and runs with rollers. Still, $85, Granite Peak? It costs less to ski in Chamonix (true story). Oh, wait, you need a plane to go there?

We spent the day there yesterday. The snow was soft and slow on the green and blue runs but better in the later afternoon and evening. Had a blast boarding in the large terrain park! No lines as the night got later. a great day out snowboarding!

Wasn't terrible Saturday morning, but greens turned into slush lakes by EOD. Blacks and blues had some wet spots, but still a fun time

Skied the hill yesterday. Crazy warm temperatures. Very slushy as a result but coverage was surprisingly not bad. Cascade is holding up but hopefully temps will drop soon.

2nd time to LS with our nephew. Lesson program is great. Gretchen was our contact and she was super helpful. Take a youngster skiing/boarding!

Only 2 lifts running today 2/19. Very far apart and inconvenient, snow is slushie and high winds. Still glad I got some time on the slopes.
