Pros: Affordable, Night Skiing, great people, close to La Crosse

Cons: Icy like all midwest skiing

Mt Lacrosse is a great place to ski, however don't come expecting Colorado skiing in Wisconsin. The terrian at Mt. La Crosse is the some of the most challanging in the midwest. If you can handle the run Damination you can ski almost anything found out west. Lift lines are generally short. Many green runs are segragated from blues and blacks so beginners and experts are not skiing the same runs. The ski hill is located close to La Crosse which contains good restaurnats, nightlife and ample lodging.
