Nice runs, beautiful views
Crowded at night..family night
One star???? Not even close! This was a pleasant surprise for us. We visited here while visiting parents in Harmony and wanted to find somewhere close to ski. After reading the reviews we were nervous about what we were going to find here. We are regular skiers, have skied most places in the Twin Cities, northern Minnesota (Lutsen) Upper Peninsula and are season pass holders at Spirit Mountain in Duluth. We enjoyed the variety of skill levels, Nastar racing and the trails were moderately groomed, not icy (it was 40 degrees out) and there were very few snowboarders. It was a fun variety; as you could be challenged if you wanted to, or ski leisurely to increase your technical skills. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a change. The view was spectacular, staff in chalet are very friendly. Nice bar area. It did get crowded at night (family night). Best time to go would be in the morning until around 3pm. Lift tickets are a little spendy, but for limited skiing in the area,it is worth the money.
