I feel their customer service at cascade mountain to be lacking in lots of areas. The ticket office staff never smiled-I felt rushed through the ticket process rather fast. I had my own equiptment so I did not rent any of their equiptment. The lift operators were rather unresponsive to requests to slow down the char-I was constantly hit hard by the chair. The lift operator never attempted to grab the chair to slow it down. The hill was rather icy with packed snow-overall I felt that Cascade is more interested in making money than they are in repeat customers.
