We have been at Apine Valley for 3 years in a row. We have not gone there yet this new year (o7). Our experience has been great. It is a small resort, so they do as much as they can with what they have. The food is great and the accommodations are decent. They make as much snow as they can. The slopes are groomed and well kept, and the wonder carpets (2) are ideal for new skiers. They have two high speed lifts that move a lot of people, so you get to ski more than in most places around this area. Overall, is a nice place to go with your family and friends... remember, this is a small place compared to Colorado or Utah. It will not be fare to compare them as equals. Very good for what you pay.
