How to get here

Myrkdalen is easy to find. The journey by car from either Bergen in the south or Sogndal in the north takes less than two hours. The train from Bergen uses just over an hour, depending on which departure you choose.

A complimentary ski bus is available during the ski centre’s opening hours and can be found waiting at the train station in Voss. Check the times listed below. We advise visitors arriving from the east to travel by train, which takes only 5,5 hours from Oslo S and under 2 hours from Geilo. The ski bus from Voss town centre takes approximately 35 minutes. Alternatively, you can agree a fixed price with one of the local taxis.

Lots of snow and good conditions in Myrkdalen - Voss Fjellandsby

Pros: Suitable for kids and families, lots of snow, powder, good for beginners
Cons: The slopes are closed during the evening, 30 minutes drive to the centre of Voss
