Variable Conditions

Overall snow condition was excellent you had groomed powder on top you would occasionally hit the ice underneath but that was the exception not the rule the other issue as with the facility itself it is dated it is out of date and badly needs improvement the crowds were so large we spent more time in line and on the chairs then we did on the slope family and I got only 5 runs in in a total of 4 hours after this experience I have come to conclude at Timberline is not worth the money that you pay if it gets too crowded consider other resorts in the area contain Valley being one right down the road and social you might have a better experience at these other resorts then Timberline just for sheer modernization factor up-to-date grand house up to date chairlift up to date people and facilities

Lift waits are very reasonable. Mostly nice packed powder. Calling for 3-5in snow through tomorrow.

It was pretty icy! Goggles is required. Long line before 4:30pm after that the line is good.

Monday totally rocked. I hear everyone's frustration with the slow lift but given the lack of lift lines I think you make it to the top as fast if not faster. Great runs and tons of powder.
