Went on Sunday March 7 and paid full price at the window for 4 of us and was looking forward to our first time at Timberline. They didnt say a word when taking our money, but once we got on the mountain we found out 1 of the 2 lifts to the top of the mountain was broken down. Stood in line for almost 1 hour to get one run in. Took a lot of convincing just to get passes for another day, as they would not refund our money. The refund line was getting bigger by the time we left. They would even warn the people buying tickets. Just kept taking their money without saying anything. Thank goodness Canaan Valley was next door, fully operational, with no lift lines. We would have wasted our whole trip without them. Might want to ask them first, or at least take a peak at the lifts before paying. Looked nice, wish I could have actually skied it.
