Awesome powder day today and no one was here. At least a foot, maybe more at high elevations. Top did not open today, but looks like it will be great tomorrow morning. Winter not gone quite yet

We as a family loved going skiing at Sierra all the kids learned to ski there. Our youngest was 18 months when first hit the slopes there this past "winter". Unfortunately this was probably our last time. My wife and a beloved mother passed away due to cancer.

The wall was fun just on top but getting down to the lift good luck' Everything was a swimming splash at the bottom:( Hope that Vail resorts have a spring prices like other resorts do, they know that full price is not right.

Excellent spring skiing this morning. Started on Shooting Star for about an hour. Lots of well-groomed corduroy. Went up to Cascade and the snow stayed reasonably fast until noon. Last day tmw. Sigh. 3 cheers for the grooming crew!
