Stevens Pass may just be the most diverse mountain in Washington, If you spend the time and become a regular visitor, you will have the ability to ride in a wide variety of conditions and on a wide variety of terrain. Weekends and Holidays are a little mad but it's mostly because of the draw on this great mountain. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the packaged deals are a bargain. Weekday visits over prestine conditions, none to short lift lines, a great backside, and a very large variety of eateries/lounges in the lodges. If you have the ability take a day off from work/school and go up there on a tuesday. You won't regret it.
If you have family or friends who are new Stevens is a great place to learn and will most likely become their "home" mountain.
