Stevens pass can be the best place to be on a powder day. It has some steep terrain, somewhat low crowds, and powder. However, the parking can be a nightmare when they start sending people down to the overflow lot at Yodelin, which is two miles down the road. From there, the shuttle doesn't come often enough, and it takes a while to get to the slopes. I also advise staying away from Skyline and Hogsback, as they usually clog up.
