Holy ice rink batman! It's doable but getting back to the base at the end was miserable. If you like icy moguls and hidden rocks, this is your winter. The mtns and volcanoes were out in full glory. Maybe the best views from the top i've ever seen.

12/25 Hit the groomers on luck shot and some off piste runs on green valley open bowl. Very nice, grippy snow. Excellent visibility

Skied on 12/24. Sorry for the late report here, better late than never right? The weather: gorgeous, clear blue skies, light/nonexistent winds. Temps hovered in the 20s, although the strong winter sun made the shade feel quite cool in comparison. The snow: OK, better than expected considering it rained at the bottom the day prior. Found a few inches of soft snow on a nice, not icey base in upper green valley (near north back entry). Powder bowl off high campbell also had some nice lines once you got off the icey+rocky ridge. However lower runs off Rex were ice and mogul city by early afternoon. Overall, good to ski and I didn't regret going. Although they definitely need a lot more snow and continued cool temperatures to prevent the icey base from rising up mountain.
