This mountain,(hill) is classic Vermont. It is one of the first ski areas in the US and has a great history . It's small, but offers something for everyone to have a good time. From easy beginner runs (Easy Mile) to steep glades(The Glade) Six is a great place to go with family, friends, or a date. The Base Lodge is contemporary, bright and spacious. The food in the Cafeteria is fine and there's a restaurant/bar that has great food.
It doesn't get the heavy crowds & vibe that the larger areas do. Like any New England mountain, there's lift lines during the traditional busy times, but you'll probably run into someone you know. We've been skiing/riding it for over 40 years. And hopefully for another 40.
Enjoy.
