A throwback to another era, S-6 is around the corner from the location of the first ski lift (a rope tow) in the United States. It has a lot of variety tucked into its 650 foot vertical. There are steeps, meadows, pocket bowls and glades, and grooming is impeccable. It isn't going to keep a good skier interested for days, but it is definitely worth a visit and kids will love it.
