In our trip we went to Smuggs, Sugar, and jay, In my point of view they all have their highs and lows. Sugar has excellent terrain with plenty of variety for everyone, we went the week after 40" of fresh snow so conditions where excellent, plenty of powder and few icy patches, There are plenty of blues, and some exiting blacks, lots of moguls for those who like them. Over all this is a great resort and I my point of view one of the best I have visited in the East. It was the most expensive out of the 3 of them but it was worth the money. This trip to Vermont really exited my expectations of the east, since I traveled in presidents week and I heard of icy conditions of the east, the crowds where non existent, and the icy patches where minimum.
