Stowe is the ski mecca of the east. Alpine downhill & Glades, Off Piste, Nordic and Snowshoe. One is better than the next. Next time it snows in northern New England take the ride.

The area is changing/evolving due to the increasing value of the real estate in the area, Due to this increased demand on the local resources we all need to treat the Lamoille county environment with respect and follow principles such as leave no trace on all our outings.

Other resorts may excel in one area or another but I would put stowe at the top for a complete, well rounded ski town experiance. Johnie Vt.
