Full review

we skied there 3/5-6/07 the place is great! no lift lines, friendly and helpful staff, and beautiful slopes do yourself a favor and drive the extra 2 hours to avoid the crowds and attitudes of southern vermont best western stowe/waterbury has reasonably priced rooms and is a 20 minute drive from the mountain it is located at I-89 & VT100 town of waterbury is minutes away and also a full supermarket, JIMMZ pizza, and convenience store are close. it was well worth the 525 mile drive from erie,pa i skipped the historic village of stowe, i was only there to ski and drink locally made vermont beer! rock art and long trail brew many wonderful varieties make sure you drink many of them, i sure did! we look forward to return next year. stowe is the best ski area in the east, if you go out west skip colorado, new mexico,utah,etc..... and go directly to jackson hole,WY!!!!!!
