Air Travel:

US Airways, United, Continental, Delta/Northwest, AirTran and JetBlue serve the Burlington International Airport (BTV), Vermont's largest airport. It's just 40 minutes from BTV to Stowe. BTV offers plenty of non-stop flights from metro areas such as Philadelphia, Chicago, Pittsburgh, New York, Boston and Washington, D.C.

By Car:

From Burlington: Take I-89 South to exit 10. Turn left at the exit onto Route 100 North. Go 11 miles, and when you reach your first stop sign, you'll be in the center of Stowe Village. Turn left at that stop sign onto Route 108 North and head six miles to the resort.

From Providence: It's 256 miles and 4.5 hours by car. Head north on I-95 to I-93 and I-89. Use exit 10 off I-89 and jump on Route 100 North. Go 11 miles, and when you reach your first stop sign, you'll be in the center of Stowe Village. Turn left at that stop sign onto Route 108 North and head six miles to the resort.

From Boston: 3.5 hours away. Drive North on I-93 to I-89. Use exit 10 off I-89 and jump on Route 100 North. Go 11 miles, and when you reach your first stop sign, you'll be in the center of Stowe Village. Turn left at that stop sign onto Route 108 North and head six miles to the resort. It's a 200-mile drive.

From New York City: The 328-mile drive begins on I-95 North to I-91 North to I-89 North. Use exit 10 off I-89 and jump on Route 100 North. Go 11 miles, and when you reach your first stop sign, you'll be in the center of Stowe Village. Turn left at that stop sign onto Route 108 North and head six miles to the resort. Estimated drive time is five hours and 40 minutes.

From Montreal: The drive time is approximately 2.5 hours. Use Route 15 South to Route 10 East. Look for exit 22 and take Route 35 for Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and Route 35/I-89 toward Burlington, Vt. Use exit 10 off I-89 and jump on Route 100 North. Go 11 miles, and you'll be in the center of Stowe Village when you reach your first stop sign. Turn left at that stop sign onto Route 108 North and head six miles to the resort. The trip totals approximately 140 miles.

Ground Transportation:

Amtrak provides rail service that terminates at the Waterbury-Stowe station, in addition to a multitude of driving services and shuttles from airports that service the region. The train station is only 15 minutes from the resort. Log on to www.amtrak.com.

Getting Around:
