Was there Thursday/Friday. Not a lot of open terrain, mostly at Sterling side. Madonna only had one way down. Mostly groomed blues, only 4 or 5 black runs. The conditions are not bad though, they got a dusting of real snow on top of a very hard, icy base. If you adjust your expectations, it can be a lot of fun

Haven't been to Smuggs in years, but planning on heading up next weekend instead of going to Stowe which is a bit mire crowded. Anyone know how the lifts are? I remember the lifts to the top being slow...

Cold and windy. If this mountain had snow it would be phenomenal; unfortunately, it basically has 4 real trails open and icy at best. Please bring on the snow!
