Just back from Smuggs, it is a great family place, Morse mtn in great to get the little ones to get started on. The other "resort" amenities are great, pools, tubing, play zone. However, the lifts are terrible, Sloooowww. I didn't think anyone had that many double chairs anymore. Come on Smuggs- step up the skiing with some real lift capacity and make some of that great steep terrain on Madonna and Sterling more groomable and this could be the best resort in the East. But its not there yet.- Was this helpful?
