Sun 5/2 - Never frozen up overnight, so it started like firm mashed potatoes, by 11 it got buttery and then the clouds burned off. It was beautiful mild and sunny, but when it got to around 45 degrees around 1 pm, the powder became as sticky as I've ever seen it. Granular works for warm days, powder doesn't. if you are coming Monday, wax your skis and boards, start early, ski the shadows if it's sunny, and only hit glades and steep trails when it starts sticking. The morning was pretty awesome, the afternoon was a slog. Glades were all open and outstanding with few obsticals, but you probably won't see them open again until December after tomorrow. Coverage is wall to wall everywhere, and for bump skiers, probably as good as it gets where umgroomed.

3/31 and 4/1 were exceptional days. friday started off icy but as it snowed conditions turned good. Saturday was the best spring boarding ive ever had. Snow was t powder but still soft and playful. Olympic trees were the best of the weekend!

Kudos for keeping all trails open unlike every other mountain that is closing down parts of the mountain to save money.

It kind of blows that they closed the Sunbowl side of the mountain with all of this snow. Reducing staff I suppose $$

If you paid $129 for a ticket you aren't too smart when you can get them for $92 by using the Stowe Bypass.

No lines. Great visibility. Maybe 6" overnight, some deeper in places. Snow was light at first, but quickly turned to heavy powder. The glades are about 50% still good. There's stashes if you know where to look. All trails have turned to moguls but that's fine for many people. I don't prefer moguls. Snowed all day. Sunday should be a nice day.
