Skied pico Friday. Warm and friendly as usual. Mountain was perfect, mt received 2 feet wed-thur. Minimal grooming, a few more trails could have benefitted from a snowcats touch but overalls really good. Enjoyed the intermediate glades - a nice experience as most glades are too difficult for us. 49er was beautiful. The moguls under the summit lift were nice and soft but wore these legs out! Too bad we missed the antique ski race Saturday. Sounded like fun. And met some ice people from ASRO.org over at mcGraths for their national finals awards. Nice crew. And compliments to pico's ski shop - probably the best selection of any base lodge in the mid vermont area. Still had good helmets in medium sizes when no one did. Great skiwear selection

Good day at Pico Saturday 3/15 - skied all day 8:30-4. Plenty of heavy, deep powder in the trees. "Groomers" were chopped up at best and sufficiently mogulized by afternoon. Busy day as expected with full liftline on Summit chair during peak hours. Still, good snow mostly everywhere and flakes were falling!
