Full review

i've been to okemo twice in 2008. stayed at the best western the first time and the second time 7 of us rented a house. i love love the top of okemo where it gets foggy and you are surrounded by trees like a winter wonder land. the bottom of okemo near the small terrain park is mayham way too crowded. it's worth boarding half way down to a higher lift and staying at the top.we ate a pot belly (best french onion soup) and played pool at christophers. we also tried jackson gore one day. it wasn't so crowded yet. i hope they build that area up more. i love new construction and the opportunity to socialize in a nice bar after boarding. but there was a really cool trail over to the side that was consistent turns. i felt like i was going down a waterslide. if you like sterling trail at okemo you will like this trail at jackson gore. shuttle service is fast and friendlt. and the bar upstairs at the lodge had live music.
