Poor to None Customer Service
After awaking the next day after a nasty spill during my first snowboading lesson, I discovered that I couldn't straighten my left leg. While I understand my knee injury is absolutely no fault of the mountain, I am upset with how the Ski School at Okemo handled the refund of the lesson. Because I couldn't straighten my leg, I couldn't exactly do the lesson either and wanted to refund my lesson. They held tightly to their no refund lesson, despite explaining that I could barely walk, let alone take a lesson. When I sent a follow up email to express my concerns, I never heard back from them. It's really disappointing to have this happen during my first snowboarding experience, especially with the lack of customer service from Okemo Mountain.
