Mount snow can be a great ski mountain. The problems are the massive crowds of pushy New Yorkers with fancy SUVs, poor mountain management and services, expensive food, and lack of snow. The food flat out sucks, definiltey not worth the $15 for a decent sized meal. Plan to use the singles line if you dont wanna wait 20 min to get on the lift. Also, I feel like they make only as much snow as they need and no more, while other mountains such as stratton or suday river in maine blast snow constantly.
However if the snow is good, such as later in the year, mount snow can be a blast. Theres nothing like bouncing down "The Hop",Ledge, or Uncles on a powder day. These old school natural snow trails are wild and fun. Ripdcord is great after a big storm or when they blow alot of snow on it and its steep and deep. If your interested in practicing your mogul skillz, beartrap is a great short bump run with its own lift, so its easy to pack in bump runs as long as its not icy.
Mount snow can be fun, but watch out for the high prices, ice, and the crowds on some of the trails.
