I went to Killington in January 2009 and I had a great ski experience. So far the most wide variety of slopes that I have found in the Northeast. It was really cold but the gondola made a huge difference. The snow in most of the mountains was well groomed. I am a intemediate to advance skier and I really enjoy it. The prices are among the highest in the northeast but I think is worth it. The prices of the hotels even almost slope side are pretty reasonable. I stayed for couple of days and even though it was not on a weekend I found good places to go out for dinner. It is definetly a great experience and I want to go back.
