ok i have been skiing killington for 15 years and i have skied about every one of the big mountians in vermont and a buch of the smaller mountians too. i will agree that it isnt the best mountian in veromt but it is pretty good. the great thing about it that the varity in terrian they offer. there aren't many places that can offer that much variety. i will also agree that the ticket prices are pretty expensive now but so are most of the other big mountians. at stratton you can pay 90 dollars so that you can ski 90 of the same trails or come to killington and pay less to ski a varity of different trails. thats what brings so many people to killington on the weekends. there are always ways around long lift lines on other chairs. killington has so many chairs that you can get anywhere from another chair, you dont have to wait in those long lines. in my 15 years skinng at killington i havent waited more than 10 minutes to get on a chair. that was also at bear mountian during the mogul challenge. so they dont give the best terrian, or the best snow, or are the cheapest, or have the bets lifts, but they do give you a some of everthing.
