My wife and I had ASC Bronze passes ($360) for the past two years - good at Killington, Pico, Attitash, Mount Snow, Sugarloaf USA and Sunday River. We skied primarily at Killington weekdays and Pico weekends. Killington is CRAZY on weekends. We spent a great week in Maine and didn't have to buy lift tix. This deal was too good to last. For 2007-2008, POWDR almost doubled the price and the blackouts -- and the new pass is only good at Killington and Pico.

I'll be skiing Gore and Whiteface this year for financial reasons, but I will miss Killington/Pico. Killington has opened some great glade trails over the past several years. Centerpiece (between Outer Limits and Devil's Fiddle) and Julio's are teriffic. Killingtom makes snow like no one else, and the grooming is pretty good. Pico's Summit Glades are wonderful - undulating terrain, natural snow and nicely spaced trees.
Goodbye, Killington/Pico. I'll miss you.
