People warned me about the rude Yankees fan types at Killington... and they were exactly right. There are no lift lines... its more like one big race to the chairs. Then its one big race down the mountain as people pass you dangerously no matter how fast youre going. Other resorts have signs like "ski fast, lose pass" or "skiers ahead of you have right of way," but thats all out the window here. I even saw kids speeding down the mountain and then grinding the lunch tables by the lodge entrance... I havent seen this kind of rude, dangerous behavior at any other mountain. As overcrowded as it is, people will definitely get hurt. One good thing is waffle vendors at every lift... the waffles are delicious.
