Glades, snow (when it shows up)
wind, bad lifts

Full review

Let me start by saying that I know Jay peak can't control the weather, but when more than half your mountain gets shut down because of high winds... it's a problem. This was my second time to Jay and both times the tram was shut down (I understand it's a safety issue). The glades at jay are as advetised.. lots of them and when it snows they are very good. That being said, if you get a huge dump at your local hill you'll have a great time also. I'd go back to Tremblant, Killington or Le Massif before I'll return to Jay....too bad because a few more high speed lifts strategically placed and Jay might be the dream of the east.
