Water Park, Condos are like new
Reservations, customer support, Lifts
So we were a party of 17 adults and children. We were there over a school break and checked in, we drove from reservations to our Condso and had to turn back as the condo entry cards would not work. The service person gave us their card to call them if anything else went wrong. When we looked at the card after getting in, there was only a FAX number, no phone. 2 of the 4 days we could only ski the easy trails due to wind. Customer service would not give us refunds on the tickets as 2 of the 9 lifts were open. We stopped skiing at 10:00 am as we were sick of the long lift lines and lack of terrain. On 2 of the nights we were all up at 2:30 am due to snow plows and snow removal gue with backup lights running. When we checked out to complain, the only thing they offered us was 1 day lift tickets as they were doing this for the folks that were staying with them. Had we not gone to reservations I never would have known this. The Manager was a 20 something girl who had no real experience in hotel management all she could say was sorry and company policy. This is not a place I would return to. The old Jay Peak was so much better.
