I was in Thyon Les Collins for a lads weekend skiing in January. The Snow was good overall and the on piste slopes well maintained. The views from the mountain top of Thyon are great. It was also great not having may long lift waits. There are some great long (approx 4km) red runs which you should be really feeling the burn in your legs if you ski hard enough. There are plenty of food and beverage stop on the mountain but most are not cheap.

The hotel beside the ‘Joc’ lift does good daily local dish and is reasonable by on the mountain standards.

There is not a great deal of Apres-Ski night life in the village except for couple of Bars and some nice restaurants.
