Snowed all morning...awesome sprinkle skiing and the snow is still amazing...tons of untouched powder to play in...I don't think I waited more than 60 seconds to get on a lift all day and every run still open
Weather:40 F. Overcast some wind
Visibility: low light conditions
Snow: snow was better in morning over all pretty darn good for spring.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: we are expecting a MAJOR winter storm starting early Monday morning all the way through Wednesday, weather service is predicting 12-24 inches up to 30" possible and gusts up to 70 mph. If planning on going up Monday morning either take the bus or get chains for your tires. They are like $30 you have no excuse... Follow Utah Canyon Alerts on Twitter or Facebook for real time canyon closure status or at updsl.org . Just cause it's open doesn't mean it's safe!
Out of town visitors please take the bus, it's $4.50 one way per person they accept exact change only, Apple Pay/ android pay ect. They DO NOT take regular cards! The bus driver will not take you up if you can't pay with a medium they accept!
Please please be safe!
Weather:20 F cold and light snow. Some wind
Visibility: impaired visibility due to snow and low light
Snow: excellent snow on the groomers, new snow enough to keep it fresh. Off paste was widely variable with some great deep powder but a couple of times I dropped into what I thought was powder but ended up being crunchy. I found this peculiar because of the great powder elsewhere. I'm guessing due to wind
