Pros: Great skier:terrain ratio means powder lasts for days. Rideable forests.
Cons: Not a resort. Sub par food. Most terrain requires hiking, traversing, cat, or shuttle..
This is paradise for a powder loving all mountain rider. I just did a 7 day snowboarding vacation from Tahoe to Mammoth to Salt Lake, and this was the best... Full review

Pros: Wide open, wide, long runs. Powder bowls, chutes, trees. Powder Country. Cat skiing. AT terrain.
Cons: No nightlife. No fine dining. No Hollywood crowd (sorry, really a pro).
When 10 people typically go skiing, only 6 really want to ski, the others are along for the ride looking for "amenities" - shopping, fine dining, spas, nigh... Full review
